METHOD
1. Heat some oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the beef and brown for 5 minutes.
2. Then add the garlic granules, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add in the onion and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Once the onion and pepper are cooked, stir in the hot sauce and ketchup sauce and heat through. Reduce to a simmer and stir in the Cheddar and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Toast the buns under the grill with some cheese slices and put them on a serving plate. Spoon the sloppy Joe mixture on top and enjoy every bite.
