100 g sweetened coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
60 g chopped peanuts (salted or unsalted)
Method
Mix digestive biscuit crumbs and melted butter and press firmly onto the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly all over the base.
Optional: Reserve 1 - 2 tablespoons of the sweetened condensed milk to drizzle over the top.
Layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut flakes and nuts and press down firmly. Drizzle remaining sweetened condensed milk over top, if you decided on that option.
Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, until coconut has started to turn a golden brown. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
