All-Veggie Barbecue

1. CAULIFLOWER & LENTIL BURGERS
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
1 can (dark green) lentils
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
1 sheet of Filo
1 tsp of soya milk
Dash of maple
Seasoning
METHOD:
1. Chop the cauliflower then coat it in oil and sprinkle it with salt, garlic powder & smoked paprika.
2. Bake it at 200 for about 25 minutes or until the edges darken or put in tinfoil & place on BBQ.
3. Mash the lentils and add the roasted cauliflower, tomato paste & bread crumbs in and form patties.
4. Fold the filo sheet around the Pattie, and brush with soya milk & maple.
5. Place on BBQ with baking paper underneath and cook until golden brown.

2. GARLIC MISO BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
1 baguette
2 tbsp vegan butter
2 tsp miso paste
2 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp of mashed garlic
Seasoning
Fresh herbs
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients to make garlic butter.
2. Slice baguette, do not cut all the way through.
3. Spread butter into each slice of baguette, making sure you to get the edges.
4. Cover in tinfoil and place onBBQ for 20 to 40 mins, depending on how hot your BBQ is.

3. GREEN TAHINI DRESSING
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup fresh parsley or coriander
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Taragon
1 Tsp maple
1 Tsp crushed garlic
1/2 Tsp salt
Water to mix
METHOD:
Blitz the above in a Nutri bullet.
