Crab Claw and King Prawn in Garlic Butter

Ingredients
200g of fresh or frozen cooked crab claws
200g of fresh large king prawns
75g of Irish butter
2 cloves of very finely chopped clove of garlic
1 lemon
1 table spoon of freshly chopped parsley
1 large crusty sourdough loaf or Guinness & treacle brown bread
Method:
- Melt the butter and the olive oil in a large pan until the butter starts to foam.
- Fry the prawns in the butter for 2 minutes on high heat.
- Add in the crab claws, and chopped garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Toss in the garlic.
- Serve warm with breads.
