Ingredients
50g oats
50g white flour
5g bread soda
2eggs
50mls sunflower oil
500mls buttermilk
50g seeds
50mls treacle ( 3/4 tbsp)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180oC. Combine all the dry ingredients together.
2. Whisk the eggs into the butter milk, add the oil. Stir this in to the dry ingredients , then stir in the treacle.
3. Pour into the lined tin & bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
4. Remove from the tin to cool FULLY before cutting.
