Kwanghi Chan's Teriyaki King Prawn Udon Noodles
Serves 4
Ingredients
Preparation
- Wash and drain beansprouts.
- Slice ginger, bok choi and carrot into thin slices.
- Heat oil in wok on high heat.
- Fry ginger, king prawns,and vegetables for 3 minutes.
- Add beansprouts and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add udon noodles and fry for 4 minutes. Whilst frying add sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and spring onions.
