DRINK 1: SPICED GINGERBREAD MARGARITA
40ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila
15ml triple sec
10ml Jalapeño Tincture
5ml Dcocktail guys Gingerbread syrup
Shake with ice, fine strain
Coupe or favorite margarita glass
Half Rim gingerbread and tajin
Orange gingerbread man
For The Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
4 allspice berries
3 whole cloves
1/2 inch fresh ginger (roughly 20g)
- Boil water, add sugar, add spices, back to boil, lower to simmer 20mins, fine strain, cool,
refrigerate to store.
For The Jalapeno Tincture:
250g jalapeños
1 btl boatyard vodka
Chop chillies roughly add to large mason jar, pour in vodka and let infuse for 4-6hrs. (Depending
on spice extraction)
DRINK 2: MRS CLAUSMO
15ml Boatyard Sloe gin
15ml Christmas cranberry cordial*
5ml lime juice and bubbles
25ml sparkling water
50ml prosecco
Build over ice in stemmed glass
Garnish seasonally
For The Cranberry
1ltr good cranberry juice
50ml gingerbread syrup
Large pot, bring cranberry juice to boil, reduce to high simmer, reduce 1000ml to 200ml, add
50ml syrup to 200ml cranberry reduction.
