Ingredients –
Hot Honey Glazed Pigs in Blankets
· 12 Rashers of Smoked Streaky Bacon
· 12 Of Your Favourite Sausages
· 2 tbsp Clear Honey
· 1 tbsp sriracha
· A few sprigs rosemary
Mashed Potato Hash Browns
· Potatoes, as many as needed (peeled)
· Salt
· Pepper
· Any other herbs you fancy
Method –
Hot Honey Glazed Pigs in Blankets
1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°
2. Start by putting foil on a baking tray or line your Airfryer (180°)
3. Next, wrap one piece of bacon around each sausage and pop on the tray.
4. Repeat until all the sausage and bacon are used up
5. In a small pan add the honey, sriracha and some chopped rosemary and heat until it gently bubbles
6. Brush the mixture over the sausages and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are golden and brown or Airfry for 15-20 minutes
7. Serve and enjoy with some extra rosemary and cranberries for garnish
Mashed Potato Hash Browns
1. Start by Parboiling some peeled and chopped spuds until soft but not mushy
2. Chop or dice them up fine and give a slight mash (but not too much, you want them to hold a shape)
3. Add salt and pepper (and onion or whatever herbs you fancy)
4. Shape them into hash browns
5. Spray with a little oil and airfry for 12-15 mins at 190° or bake in the oven at 200° for 20-25 mins turning halfway through until golden and crisp
