Buttermilk Chicken Goujons
INGREDIENTS:
 
2 x Chicken Breast Fillets, sliced lengthways
1 Egg
150mls Milk
150g Flour
 
For The Seasoning: 
½  tsp salt
½  tsp pepper
½  tsp onion powder
½  tsp garlic powder
½  tsp chilli powder
½  tsp smoked paprika.
 
METHOD:
 
1. Mix the egg, milk and seasoning in a large bowl and place the flour in a separate bowl.
 
2. Dunk the chicken into the milk mixture then into the flour then back into the milk and then flour again. Coating the chicken twice ensures a crispy coating.
 
3. You can either shallow fry, deep fry, air fry or oven bake the tenders until cooked through and crispy.
