Ingredients
· 200g natural or vanilla yogurt
· 1 Tbsp Of Honey
· 30g Oats
· 80g Of Stewed Apples
· 50ml Low Fat Milk
· 1 Biscoff Biscuit
Stewed Apples
· 1 Apple
· 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
· 3 Tbsp of water
· Pinch of sweetener (optional)
Method
1. Add honey into yogurt and mix until combined.
2. Add oats into a small container and pour milk over it them. Use the back of a spoon to press the oats down until they are covered with milk.
3. For the stewed apples: Chop up the apples and add it over medium heat to a saucepan with cinnamon and water. It is optional to add sweetener here.
4. Layer the stewed apples onto the top of oats then add a layer of the yogurt and honey mixture.
5. Crumble up a Biscoff Biscuit and add it to the top of the oats.
6. Cover and leave overnight and enjoy the next morning.
