Ingredients
· To make 2 wraps
· 160g Raw Chicken Breast
· 20g Corn Flakes Crushed Mixed with Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper & Paprika
· Hot Wings Sauce
· 2 mini wraps
· Shredded Lettuce
· Sriracha Mayo (Lighter thanks Light Mayo, Sriracha, Paprika & Garlic Granules)
Method
1. Cut the raw chicken breast into four pieces.
2. To the cornflakes, add cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt and white pepper then crush the cornflakes.
3. Dip the pieces of chicken into hot wing sauce then coat them with the cornflake mixture.
4. Spray the coated chicken pieces with oil and put them in the oven for 200 degrees Celsius for 15mins.
5. To make the Sriracha mayo; in a bowl add the mayonnaise, sriracha hot sauce, paprika and garlic granules then mix.
6. Now assemble the mini wraps by adding lettuce, sriracha mayo and the chicken.
