Ingredients
• 500g Lean Beef Mince, seasoned with Garlic, Oregano, Chilli Powder, Cumin, White Pepper and Salt
• 8 mini wraps
• 8 cheese singles
• Shredded Lettuce
• Diced onion
Big Mac Sauce
• Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise
• Ketchup
• American Mustard
• White Pepper
• Onion (finely diced)
• Gherkins (finely diced)
• Gherkin juice
Method
1. Season your beef to your liking and mix in well before rolling into 8 balls.
2. After you’ve made the balls, mix the big sauce ingredients together until it turns a brown colour similar to actual big mac sauce – as it is already low calories I measure the sauce by eye/taste rather than weighing out the ingredients.
3. On a medium heat pan add one mince ball, cover with a small wrap, and then flatten with a pot.
4. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and then once cooked flip over and add a light cheese single. Then cover for 30 to 45 seconds to melt the cheese.
5. Remove from the pan and top with shredded lettuce, diced onion and your homemade big mac sauce.
6. Fold the wrap over and enjoy!
