Ingredients:
1 Deluxe Irish Angus ¼ pounder burger
1 seeded bun
Gouda
Bacon
Coleslaw
Black Pudding
Tomatoes
Grilled onions
Method:
1) Heat pan and place burger patty on pan
2) Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
3) With 1 minute left of cooking, place easy gouda cheese on top of ¼ pounder in order to lightly melt
4) Assemble burger starting with the bottom bun
5) To top the burger with the lightly melted gouda, add bacon, coleslaw, black pudding, tomatoes & grilled onions
6) Serve and enjoy
