Chinese Dumplings with Pork, Prawn and Chives
Ingredients:
200g Minced Pork
100g Prawn Mince
50g Chives
1 packet Spring Onion
300g Dumpling Wheat Flour
150g Water
seasoning ingredients:
1tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp White Pepper
1tsp Sesame Oil
1tsp Oil
Method:
- Create the Dough using the dumpling flour and water.
- Roll Dough into small ball shapes and flatten to form discs to form the dumpling wrapper.
- Chop spring onion and chives.
- Mix spring onions and chives to the minced pork and mince prawn with the seasoning ingredients to make the filling.
- Spoon the filling into the centre of the dumpling wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half to form a half moon shape. Seal the edges with water if you need.
- Boil for 7-8minutes and ready to serve.
