Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
300g Green Isle Heat & Eat Chicken Breast Pieces
200g Green Isle Frozen Broccoli
2 x 295g tins of condensed chicken soup
1 heaped tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
130g cheddar cheese - grated
130g breadcrumbs
50g melted butter
150g Green Isle Straight Oven Chips or 150g Green Isle Roast Potatoes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5.
Place the Green Isle Frozen Broccoli in a pan of boiling water to par cook. You should cook the florets for 4 minutes.
Place the frozen Green Isle chicken pieces and par-cooked Green Isle broccoli into an oven proof dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, soup and curry powder and pour the mixture over the broccoli and chicken.
Mix the cheese, breadcrumbs and melted butter together and sprinkle over the chicken and broccoli in the dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and piping hot.
Serve with our New Recipe Green Isle Straight Cut Chips or Green Isle Roast Potatoes
