INGREDIENTS:
Sauce with Chopped tomatoes:
1 white onion
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Tomatoes
Garlic
Fresh basil
Tomato passata sauce:
1 white onion
Extra Virgin Olive oil
1.5L Tomato passata
Fresh basil
Peeled tomatoes sauce:
1 white onion
Extra Virgin Olive oil
1,5 kg Tomatoes
Fresh basil
METHOD:
1. Sauce with chopped tomatoes and garlic
Fry the finely minced onion in few extra virgin olive oil over a low flame until they became translucent. (If the onion is still dry add water covering the pot).
Add chopped tomatoes and a teaspoon of minced garlic.
Add salt and pepper q.s.
Add basil cut by hand
2. Passata tomato sauce
Fry the finely sliced onion in few extra virgin olive oil over a low flame until they became translucent. (if the onion is still dry add water covering the pot).
Add tomato passata
Cook for 15 minutes
Add basil cut by hand
3. Peeled tomato sauce
Boil tomatoes in the water for about 15minutes
Peel tomatoes and cut them in big pieces
Fry the finely sliced onion in few extra virgin olive oil over a low flame until they became translucent. (if the onion is still dry add water covering the pot)
Mix fried onions with peels tomato using hand blender
Add salt and pepper
