INGREDIENTS:
• 160g beef fillet
• 30g mange toute
• 30g red onions
• 30g courgettes
• fresh chilli
• garlic
• green peppercorns
• mirin
• Shioaxing
• Light soy sauce
• sugar
• Thai basil
• baby leaf
• Scallion
• micro coriander
• mint
• lime juice
Irish beef fillet woked with the vegetables in a sauce made from rice wine, mirin and soy sauce. Enriched with butter and served with a lime dressing and herb salad.
