2 tablespoons of date syrup or 3 tablespoon of honey
METHOD:
Pour the apple juice and water into a clean pot and stick it on a medium heat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir while keeping it on the heat for 15 minutes.
For each serve, place a tea strainer on your glass and pour in about 200 ml of the hot mulled apple. If you'd like to enjoy it with whiskey, add 35 ml of Powers Irish Whiskey and stir it in with a teaspoon.
IRISH ELDERFLOWER ROYALE
INGREDIENTS
25 ml of iStil 38 Irish vodka
2 teaspoons of Irish elderflower cordial
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
100 ml Mumm Courdon Rouge Champagne
METHOD:
Chill a champagne flute with some ice. Pour the vodka, elderflower and lemon into an iced shaker. Seal the shaker and shake it for 10 seconds. Remove the ice from the glass and strain the cocktail in. Top it up with the champagne.
