Adrian Martin's Korean BBQ-style Steak with Grilled Corn Fattoush
Ingredients
• 2 x steaks of your choice
• Gochujang paste
• 1tsp sumac
• Olive oil
• 2 Pitta breads
For the Salad:
• Cherry tomatoes halved
• 1 avocado sliced
• 2 whole corns cut into nice portions
• Sliced spring onions
• 2-3 radishes sliced
• Fresh mint chopped
• Zest and juice of one lemon
• Sea salt
Method
1. Marinade the steak in the Gochujang paste firstly. Season it well and then barbecue to cook it to your liking
2. Rest the steak until ready to assemble.
3. For the pittas brush them with olive oil and the sumac and toast on the BBQ. Cut them into nice sized portions.
4. Now build the salad nicely. On a large plate or bowl add the pittas, then the tomatoes, avocado, radish, corn and spring onions. Top with slices of the steak and then add the zest and juice of the lemon. Enjoy!
