Festive Spice Bag

Ingredients:

 

  • 500g cooked turkey breast or thigh into strips
  • 150g Potato starch or cornflour 
  • 2 teaspoons of  Spice Bag Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into coin slices for sauté or wedges
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Fresh chopped scallions & Brussels sprouts leaves (for garnish)
  • Chopped fresh chili (optional, for extra heat)

 

Instructions:

 

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  • Toss the turkey strips with soy sauce and Spice Bag Seasoning, coat on potato starch until evenly coated. cook in the air-fryer on crispy and cooked in the same time 
  • Place potato slices or fries in the air fryer, spray lightly oil and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. till crispy cooked.
  • Add bell pepper, and onion to the air fryer, with the chicken cooking for an additional 5 minutes or until the veg is cooked a little but still a little crunchy.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Spice Bag Seasoning, and toss to coat evenly or until to your taste. 
  • Garnish with chopped scallions and fresh chili for extra heat, if desired, Serve hot and enjoy your homemade festive Spice Bag
