Adrian Martin's Air Fryer Spice Bag
Ingredients
4 chicken fillets sliced
200g cornflour
200g self raising flour
2 eggs whites
Maris piper potatoes
2 tsp of Chinese five spice or spice bag seasoning
2 pinches of sea salt
1 carrot cut into julienne
2 shallots sliced
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 red and green chilli sliced
Curry sauce
Method
Mix the chicken in the egg whites and then coat in a combination of the flour and cornflour.
Place into the air fryer and air fry for 15mins at 200C. Cut the potatoes into nice sized chips and toss them in some oil. Air fry for 20mins at 200C.
Mix both the chicken and chips in a bowl and add the carrot, garlic, shallot, chillis and seasoning. Give them a good toss and serve with some curry sauce. Enjoy.
