Ingredients:
480g rolled oats
210g pumpkin seeds
125g sunflower seeds (broken)
120g dried cranberries
300g peanut butter
300g maple syrup
50g water (3 tbsp)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1). In a large bowl, mix the oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and salt. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and water. Stir continuously.
2). Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) pan with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly and evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
3). Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours or until the mixture is firm. Remove from the pan and cut into 12 equal-sized bars.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
