Ingredients:
 
Casamigos Blanco - 25ml
Casamigos Mezcal - 25ml
Beetroot Syrup - 20ml
Lime Juice - 30ml
Seaweed Salt Rim
Smoke
 
Method:
 
Rim your glass with lime and seaweed sea salt. Then add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until chilled and diluted appropriately. Fine strain over a large block or ice sphere in a short/rocks glass.
To garnish add wood chips to your smoker and smoke the drink, allowing the smoke to infuse into the cocktail.
