INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana, large
- ¾ cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Punnet blueberries
- Punnet raspberry
- Maple syrup
METHOD:
1. Blend yours oats, bananaa, milk & baking powder in a nutri-bullet blender.
2. Leave to settle in a fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Scoop a soup ladle size on heated non stick frying pan
4. Add chosen fruit before flipping over, when you see air bubbles, you can flip over or you can do this without fruit. Should only take 1 to minutes on each side.
5. Place on plate and add your favourite fruits & some maple syrup,
Tip;
You can put this mixture into large ice cube containers to enjoy during the week, without any waste or hassle of making the batter. Speedy, healthy, no fuss breakfast.
