Method
1) In a bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, and water and mix.
2) When all is combined knead the dough until is smooth.
3) Split the dough into 4 equal parts.
4) Roll out each small ball with a rolling pin and arrange the ham, and mozzarella on top and fold over with your hands.
5) Cut around the edges to form a semicircle and seal with a fork.
6) Heat a frying pan dusted with flour.
7) Cook Calzone on both sides until golden brown.
