Recipe: Marinated Pollock
180g Pollock
50g harissa paste
Chopped parsley/coriander
Salt/ pepper
Add all ingredients to pollock leave in fridge 1 to 2 hours
Recipe: Crispy pollock
100g panko bread crumbs
1 egg
100ml milk
Flour
Chopped parsley/coriander
Half lemon zest
- Add chopped herbs & lemon zest to panko bread crumbs, whisk egg & milk together.Dip the marinated pollock 1st into flour 2nd egg mix 3rd bread crumbs.Shallow fry evenly on medium heat till golden brown 2mins per side approx, till cooked fully through
- Potato salad this will be prepared in advance
- Pickle pepper this will be prepared in advance
- Pickle liquid this will be prepared in advance
- Coriander Ranch - this will be prepared in advance
