Instructions
1. In a large heavy bottom pot, heat 1tsp of oil. Add chorizo and cook until just crispy and oils are released. Remove and add the chicken. Cook until brown on all sides, remove
2. Stir in onions and peppers, sauté until softened
3. Add garlic, tomatoes, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and beans. Bring to a simmer, add chicken and chorizo back in. Simmer for 5-10 mins
4. Serve with bread and fresh coriander on top
