This morning in the kitchen we're helping you to get ready for St. Patrick's Day with some delicious and festive Irish-themed cocktail recipes, mixologist Darren Geraghty joined us this Friday morning.
The Patrick Collins
30ml Tullamore dew xo Rum Cask
20ml Mor Gin Pineapple
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar syrup
80ml sparkling water
Add all ingredients to glass with ice and top with sparkling water and float Guinness
Black Velvet 2
125ml Champagne
50ml cloudy lemonade
50ml Guinness
Build in glass and float Guinness
Green Grass of home (Non-alcoholic)
30ml Matcha Green Tea Syrup
8 leaves fresh mint
25ml Lemon juice
30ml egg white
Sparkling grape juice top
Add all ingredients to shaker except grape juice, Hard shake with ice and top with sparkling grape
Irish Fizz
60ml Tayto Fat washed Glendalough Gin
30ml Egg white
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Barrys tea syrup
Top with TK Red Lemonade
Add all ingredients to shaker except TK, add ice and hard shake.
