Ingredients:
2 portions seatrout, 140g each skinless
Oil for cooking
Salt
Maple syrup
lemon juice
Good Balsamic
200g New Potatoes cooked and peeled
1 buld Fennel
1 head red chicory
EV Olive oil
1 lemon
Salt & Pepper
100g Creme Fraiche
Lemon Juice
Method:
Light the BBQ and get it very hot.
Oil and season the Seatrout and and place gently on the grill.
Payattention to the fish. It will cook in 4 minutes.
Mix the salad ingredients together in a bowl.
