Duck Hoi Sin Noodle

Ingredients:
200gm Shredded Duck Leg
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup Chef Sham Hoi Sin sauce
180 gm soaked egg noodles
1 cup of water
1 clove of garlic (thinly sliced)
1 finely sliced shallot
1 thumb size sliced Ginger
1 pak choy
1 red peppers (sliced)
1 carrot (finely sliced)
Handful beansprouts
1 spring onion (chopped )
1 Chili (chopped)
Method:
• Heat a wok over medium to high heat and add in the sesame oil.
• Add in the garlic, ginger and shallots. Fry for 30 seconds. Follow with the carrot and peppers. Fry for 1 min.
• Add in 1 cup of Chef Sham Hoi Sin Sauce. Mix all well together and add in 1 cup of water. Bring to the boil for 30 second.s
• Add in the shredded duck leg. Ensure the duck is heated through in the sauce .
Add in the egg noodle and mixed all together ensuring noodles are well coated in the sauce.
The final stage is adding in all remaining vegetable and mixed all well together.
If you don’t have chef sham Hoi sin sauce.
You can use:
2tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp Hoi sin paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
