Melt the butter ( in a saucepan or the microwave ). Blitz or crush the biscuits to a fine crumb. ( you can use a food processor or a freezer bag for this ). Stir the biscuits and butter together. Press into the tin and push down.
To make the filing - in a separate bowl whisk together the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
In a second bowl beat together the cream cheese and Nutella until smooth.
Fold in the cream.
Pour the filling on top of the biscuit base and smooth out.
Cover with cling film handset for 4-6 hours or preferable overnight.
Decorate the grated chocolate, chocolate swirls or fererro rocher.
